Lynn Campbell

Lynn Campbell is Orkney born and bred. Her passion for Orkney, its culture and heritage shines through in nearly everything she does.

Lynn is a Scottish Tourist Guides Association (STGA) Green Badge Guide and trainer for Orkney & North Highlands and chairs the Orkney Tourist Guides Association. She has a degree in Cultural Studies of the Highlands and Islands and a Masters degree in Orkney & Shetland Studies. Lynn is also a lecturer at the University of the Highlands and Islands and Programme Leader BA Hons Scottish Cultural Studies. Lynn developed our Orkney By Boat cruise programme. She is an experienced guide and has an encyclopaedia of knowledge to share about Orkney’s wealth of culture, heritage and history.

Andrew Hollinrake

Andrew Hollinrake is an archaeologist, military historian and tourist guide with twenty years’ experience.He is a Scottish Tourist Guides Association (STGA) Green Badge Guide for Orkney and loves to share his knowledge of Orkney’s historical sites. His special field of interest is wartime heritage and he has spent many years researching Orkney’s role in WWI and WWII.

Tim Dean

Tim Dean, author of the Orkney Book of Birds and the Orkney Book of Wildflowers, has over 40 years’ experience working in the natural world. We are delighted to welcome him aboard as our Nature Watch guide. He will bring Orkney’s natural world alive while we take you to some of the most remote parts of Orkney.
